Terms of use
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms govern your use of I'm Feeling Lucky (the "Service"), including the website, chat, daily email and Telegram posts. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be 18 years of age or over and located where it is lawful for you to view racing information. You confirm this at sign-up. We may close any account where we believe this is not the case.
2. What the Service is
The Service publishes opinions on Australian and Hong Kong thoroughbred racing, presented by a character called the Chief Tipping Officer. Picks, chat answers, ranks and labels are opinions for entertainment and general information. They are not financial advice, not a recommendation to bet, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed.
3. Prices and bookmakers
Prices shown are indicative and may have changed by the time you see them. We do not recommend any wagering operator, we are not an agent for one, and we do not offer bonuses or inducements. Any bet you place is your decision with an operator of your choosing, subject to that operator's terms.
4. The record
The published record is calculated on a fixed basis stated on the record page. It is a historical statement, not a forecast.
5. Your account
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts for misuse, abuse of the chat, attempts to extract or resell data, or breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time from the account page or by contacting us.
6. Fair use of the chat
The chat has a daily limit of questions per account. Automated access, scraping and bulk extraction are not permitted.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, characters and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, the Service is provided "as is" and we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on its content, including betting losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes and transfer
We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued use is acceptance. The Service, including accounts and data, may be transferred to a successor business; see the privacy policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
